Equipment Reminder 🫡🫡🙏🙏🙏

Hey everyone! Just a quick reminder that gloves and shin pads are required for class. For those who participate in sparring, 16oz gloves, a mouth guard, and groin protection are mandatory.

We have all equipment available for sale at the gym, so if you need anything, let us know! Loaner equipment is only available for trial class students due to sanitary practices. Please make sure to have your own gear for regular training.
