Elite Fight Club Canada (“we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information through elitefightclub.ca and related enquiries, trials, memberships, classes and personal training.

Information we collect

When you contact us, register, book or buy a membership, we may collect your name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, account details, booking history, membership and transaction records, and the messages you send through forms or chat.

Our participation waiver asks about medical conditions and includes your acknowledgements and signature. We use relevant health or injury information to understand participation needs and support safety. Please provide only information needed for that purpose and contact us before sending detailed medical records through general email or chat.

How we use information

Consent and children’s information

Parents or guardians should handle registration and waivers for participants under 18. We request children’s information only as needed to administer their participation and communicate with their parent or guardian. Contact us to review or correct your child’s information.

Service providers and sharing

Our website is hosted on Wix. Wix services support forms, member accounts, bookings, pricing plans, chat and website operation. Payment providers process payment details; we receive information needed to confirm and administer transactions. Please do not send card numbers through general contact forms or chat.

Information may be shared with staff and service providers who need it to deliver these services, and with professional advisers, insurers or authorities where necessary and permitted or required by law. Providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws and lawful government access.

External services, including linked social platforms and embedded media, handle information under their own policies when you use them. This policy does not cover websites operated by other organizations.

Photos and videos

Our website and social channels feature gym activities, coaches and athletes. We seek appropriate permission for identifiable promotional images, including parent or guardian permission where needed. Contact us with any concern about an image of you or your child so we can review it.

Retention and protection

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described, including membership administration, legal, accounting, insurance and dispute-related obligations. Retention depends on the type of record. When no longer needed, information should be securely deleted or anonymized.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and limit access to legitimate business needs. No website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
