LOANER EQUIPMENT WILL ONLY BE PROVIDED TO TRIAL CUSTOMERS

At Elite Fight Club, we pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard of training, cleanliness, and respect for the sport. One policy that often gets questions from new visitors is our approach to equipment—specifically, why we only offer loaner gear to trial members.
This decision isn’t random. It’s intentional, and it reflects the values that define our gym.
1. Hygiene and Safety Come First
2. Respect for the Sport
3. Better Performance and Progress
4. Fairness to Committed Members
5. Maintaining a Professional Environment

1. Hygiene and Safety Come First
Combat sports are intense. You sweat, you move, and you make contact. Equipment like gloves, shin guards, and wraps absorb sweat and bacteria over time.
By limiting shared equipment, we:
Reduce the risk of skin infections and illness
Maintain a cleaner training environment
Ensure all members are using gear that meets proper hygiene standards
Your health and safety are not negotiable.
2. Respect for the Sport
Muay Thai and boxing are disciplines built on respect—respect for your coaches, your training partners, and your equipment.
Owning your own gear is part of that culture. It shows:
Commitment to your training
Responsibility for your progress
Respect for the craft
Loaner equipment is there to help you get started—but long-term training requires a higher level of personal investment.
3. Better Performance and Progress
Your own equipment fits you properly. That matters more than most people think.
When you train with your own gear:
Gloves are broken in to your hands
Shin guards stay secure and consistent
You develop better technique and comfort
Using random shared gear can slow your progress and affect your performance.
4. Fairness to Committed Members
Our members invest in themselves and in the gym. They show up consistently, support the team, and commit to the process.
By limiting loaner gear to trial members:
We prioritize those who are serious about training
We maintain a standard across the team
We avoid overuse and damage of shared equipment
This keeps the environment fair and respectful for everyone.
5. Maintaining a Professional Environment
Elite Fight Club isn’t just a place to work out—it’s a place to grow, compete, and represent.
Having members train with proper, personal equipment helps:
Keep the gym organized and professional
Reduce clutter and wear on communal gear
Create a serious training atmosphere
This is part of what separates a high-level gym from a casual drop-in space.
Starting Your Journey
If you’re new, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered for your first session. Our loaner equipment allows you to experience the training before making a commitment.
But if you decide to continue—and most people do—you’ll be expected to invest in your own gear. We have very high quality equipment for purchase at the gym. But you’re also allowed to purchase anywhere else.

Because at Elite Fight Club, we don’t just train fighters.
We build disciplined, committed individuals who take pride in every part of the process.
