Coach Han Lands in Thailand and Heads Straight Into the Grind

After a grueling 24-hour journey across time zones, Coach Han touched down in Thailand late Sunday night. No time to rest—by 2 AM, she was already on the road to Sing Buri, headed straight into the heart of the grind.
Arrival didn’t mean downtime. First order of business: unpack the gear and get organized. Then came a quick stop at 7-Eleven—Thailand’s unofficial welcome ritual—for essentials and maybe a caffeine boost(or a few). By the time her head hit the pillow, there were only 40 minutes left before it was time to move again.
At sunrise, Coach Han was already lacing up for her first session—training with the legendary Kru Deesel at Aphichat Muay Thai Gym. No easing into it. Just high-level pad work, technique drills, and that signature Thai intensity. Kru Deesel brought the fire, and Coach Han met it head-on.
Jet lag didn’t stand a chance.
